Site preparation is the customer’s responsibility unless specifically included in the quotation.
- The installation area should be reasonably level and free of obstacles.
- Allow practical working space around the structure for the installation team.
- Uneven or steep sites may require stilts, a slab or another suitable foundation solution.
- Access must be available for staff, materials and delivery vehicles.
- Discuss unusual site conditions with us before confirming the order.
